We welcome anyone without a home. And then we help them find one.
Since 1984, the Presbyterian Night Shelter has served as a safe place for guests to access critical resources and services that will ignite their journey from homeless to home, as well as meet basic needs for food, shelter, and a community that cares. Driven by the Presbyterian Night Shelter's mission, each program and initiative of the Shelter works together to empower guests to exit homelessness, equipped with new skills and confidence to maintain their housing stability.
Casas Por Cristo exists to open the door for local pastors and churches to share the love of Jesus Christ by serving.

Casas Por Cristo began building homes along the U.S./Mexico border in 1993, first in Ciudad Juárez. Since then Casas Por Cristo has expanded to Ciudad Acuña, México; San Raymundo, Guatemala; Santiago, Dominican Republic; Chinandega, Nicaragua; and Marcala, Honduras. To date, we have provided over 6,500 families with homes.

The Joshua ISD Education Foundation awards Instructional Enhancement grants and Student Enrichment Opportunity grants. Since its inception in 2008, the Joshua ISD Education Foundation has awarded over $700,000 in total and in 2024 eclipsed the $100,000 milestone by awarding $105,000 to deserving teachers, instructional specialists, and students!
