When my dad started a new career as a Stock Broker 45 years ago he had one overriding purpose in his job; help people make as much money as possible. Highlighting the changes that have taken place since then would take far more words than I am willing to write and/or you are likely willing to read. Holistic wealth management would be the best description of what our job encompasses today. While we still work diligently to help people invest well and grow their portfolio as much as possible, we know our clients are looking for more. After nearly 23 years in this job, I’m still reminded on a daily basis that wealth alone will never provide lasting happiness or fill a life with meaning and purpose. We are committed to helping our clients create a fuller life where money functions as a tool used for a greater purpose.
In light of this, we have decided on a theme for 2025 to guide our focus for the year. Taken from the old adage made popular by Benjamin Franklin, this year will be centered around being healthy, wealthy, and wise. (Yes, we did intentionally leave off the “early to bed, early to rise” part.)
Welcome to “Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise in 2025”. We see this as an initiative aimed at guiding our communications and transforming our conversations. We are excited to share meaningful resources, timely information, and carefully curated content focused on equipping you with the tools necessary for mental, emotional, physical, and, yes, financial growth. Together, we will spend more focused time discussing your goals and dreams for your wealth and how it serves a crucial part in a rich, fulfilled life.
Amongst ourselves, we have designated each other with honorary titles to highlight each area. Yanely has graciously agreed to be our Chief Wellness Officer. Brad’s passion for research and spreadsheets makes him the perfect Chief Wealth Officer. By default, and because I’m the only one with gray hair, I get to be our Chief Wisdom Officer.
We are grateful for your trust. Walking alongside each of you and sharing this journey continues to be more rewarding than we can say. No matter what struggles and trials lie ahead, we look forward to a year of growth together.
